Project Manager (Healthcare) - Real Estate

Manage end-to-end delivery of healthcare real estate projects, including renovations, fit-outs, expansions, relocations, and infrastructure upgrades.
Develop project scope, schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and risk mitigation plans.
Coordinate consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, facilities teams, and other project partners.
Partner closely with healthcare operations, clinical users, corporate functions, and leadership to translate business requirements into practical real estate solutions.
Manage projects within live healthcare environments, minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
Monitor project costs, forecasts, variations, schedules, risks, and overall delivery performance.
Lead tendering, contractor selection, contract administration, and vendor performance management.
Ensure project works meet applicable building, safety, regulatory, accessibility, and organizational requirements.
Oversee testing, commissioning, defect resolution, documentation, and final handover to operations/facilities teams.
Provide clear project reporting and escalate risks, dependencies, and decisions when required.
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery, cost management, workplace functionality, and stakeholder experience.
Degree or diploma in Project Management, Real Estate, Building/Construction, Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Facilities Management, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience managing real estate, construction, fit-out, or facilities projects.
Healthcare, hospital, medical, laboratory, or similarly regulated/operationally sensitive environment experience is highly advantageous.
Strong project planning, budgeting, procurement, contractor management, and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation, and project governance capabilities.
Familiarity with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
