About the role

Support end-to-end delivery of healthcare real estate projects, including fit-out, renovation and refurbishment.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
Track project schedules, budgets, risks, variations and key deliverables.
Support tendering, procurement, site works, testing, commissioning and handover.
Monitor works for quality, safety and compliance with project requirements.
Prepare progress reports, meeting minutes and project documentation.
Support the Project Manager in resolving site and delivery issues.
Diploma/Degree in Real Estate, Building, Engineering, Construction, Project Management or related discipline.
3–5 years’ experience in real estate, construction or project management.
Healthcare/hospital project experience is an advantage.
Strong stakeholder, contractor and vendor management skills.
Good understanding of project scheduling, cost management and fit-out works.
