Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Payroll Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll, payroll implementations, functional configuration, and production support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, payroll integrations, Fast Formula development, parallel testing, and resolving complex payroll issues.
The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective Oracle Cloud Payroll solutions and ensure smooth payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll implementations, enhancements, and production support.
Gather business requirements and prepare functional documentation, including FDDs, KDDs, and RTMs.
Configure and maintain payroll elements, balances, costing, and payroll-related setups.
Develop, debug, and maintain Oracle Payroll Fast Formulas.
Manage payroll integrations with Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, OTL, and Compensation.
Conduct payroll parallel testing, validate payroll results, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve defects.
Support payroll data migration from legacy systems to Oracle Fusion Cloud.
Handle production issues, service requests, patch testing, and enhancement requests.
Coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve complex functional and technical issues.
Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL loads, and XML Publisher reports as required.
Support US payroll legislative updates and, where applicable, Canada payroll year-end activities.
Provide functional guidance to team members and ensure adherence to SLAs and project timelines.
Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud US Payroll.
Experience in end-to-end Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
Expertise in Oracle Payroll Fast Formula development and debugging.
Strong understanding of payroll elements, balances, payroll processing, and payroll validation.
Experience in payroll integrations with Core HR and other HCM modules.
Hands-on experience in payroll parallel testing, defect resolution, and production support.
Experience in functional documentation, requirement gathering, and client stakeholder management.
