About the Role
Noxlumyn is looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of paid acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads. This role goes beyond campaign execution and requires a strong understanding of performance marketing, creative strategy, and data-driven optimisation. The ideal candidate can develop compelling ad concepts, identify high-performing hooks and messaging angles, analyse campaign results, and continuously improve performance through structured testing. You will play a key role in driving growth across multiple brands, managing budgets, and turning performance insights into scalable advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Media Management
• Launch, manage, and optimise campaigns across Meta Ads (primary channel) and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance daily and optimise budgets, targeting, placements, and bidding strategies.
• Track and analyse key performance metrics, including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and CPC.
• Identify performance trends and implement data-driven optimisation strategies.
• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability.
Creative Strategy & Testing
• Develop and manage a structured creative testing pipeline.
• Generate fresh ad concepts, hooks, messaging angles, and campaign ideas.
• Write compelling, conversion-focused ad copy for different audiences and funnel stages.
• Research competitors, industry trends, and emerging advertising formats.
• Identify winning creative patterns and develop iterations to improve campaign performance.
Creative Production & Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with marketing and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Prepare clear creative briefs and copy for advertising concepts.
• Guide designers using campaign performance data and creative insights.
• Review creative assets to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of new creatives for testing and optimisation.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
• Analyse campaign and creative performance regularly.
• Communicate what worked, why it worked, and what should be tested next.
• Maintain organised campaign reports, testing documentation, and performance insights.
• Make informed recommendations to improve acquisition efficiency and overall results.
Job Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Practical experience running and optimising Google Ads campaigns.
• Proven experience managing paid campaigns targeting the US market, with at least $50,000 in monthly ad spend.
• Demonstrated ownership of campaign performance, budget allocation, optimisation, and scaling.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into actionable decisions.
• Ability to develop creative concepts, write persuasive ad copy and hooks, and understand why certain creatives outperform others.
• Strong understanding of paid acquisition metrics, campaign structures, audience targeting, and creative testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain campaign decisions and performance insights clearly.
• A proactive, self-driven approach and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Please note: If your experience is limited to uploading creatives and adjusting budgets, this role will not be a good fit. We are looking for someone who can independently manage campaigns, develop creative strategies, analyse results, and take ownership of performance.
What’s in it for you?
• Paid time off.
• Flexible working arrangements, with hybrid and fully remote options depending on location.
• The opportunity to shape paid acquisition and growth strategies across multiple brands.
• A high-impact role with direct influence on business performance.
• A collaborative, fast-paced, and innovation-driven work environment.
• Virtual team activities and employee engagement initiatives.
• Performance-based annual appraisals.
