Ticketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Ticketing Coordinator to support ticketing operations for live entertainment, VIP experiences, and destination events. In this role, you will manage daily and weekly sales reporting across multiple ticketing platforms and ensure accurate communication with external partners. You will work closely with ticketing managers, artist representatives, agents, promoters, and venue teams to keep ticketing information reliable and up to date. Your responsibilities will span sales tracking, inventory reconciliation, VIP package coordination, refunds, and post-event settlements. You will also help maintain smooth ticketing operations by monitoring deadlines, resolving discrepancies, and supporting presale and on-sale activities.
