Lead multidisciplinary research projects from initial concept through deployment and customer handoff, owning outcomes at every stage.

👤 What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills)
Core Qualifications
Master's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related Engineering field.
Demonstrated experience in research and development or academic research environments.
Proven track record of translating research concepts into working prototypes and functional solutions.
Strong knowledge of current AI agent architectures, data-intensive systems, knowledge management approaches (such as knowledge graphs), and software design principles.
Genuine enthusiasm for innovation with an entrepreneurial mindset and drive to create impact.
Strong communication abilities—both written and verbal—to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders and customers.
Demonstrated ability to thrive both as an independent contributor and collaborative team member in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Preferred Qualifications
Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related Engineering discipline.
Published research or papers presented at leading conferences in AI, data science, or related fields.
Experience leading technical teams or managing research initiatives from conception through execution.
Background in Sustainability, Production IT, Robotics, or similar industrial application domains.
Experience architecting scalable software systems and designing robust technical solutions.
Track record of successfully delivering end-to-end research projects from initial planning through customer deployment.
Background in startup environments, product development, or commercializing research innovations.
