Hiring great talent takes a well-organized team behind the scenes. ►You maintain clean candidate records within our recruitment CRM, move profiles through the respective pipeline stages, and update hiring statuses as decisions are made.
►For background checks and organizational alignments, you use SAP to look up employee and organizational data, cross-referencing information to ensure all process details match up.
►As a dependable daily contact, you communicate with hiring managers, HRBPs, and recruiters on operational questions, handling exchanges primarily in German (and occasionally in English).
►You coordinate interview dates and calendar invites across teams, stepping in flexibly with ad-hoc administrative help and system checks throughout the hiring lifecycle.
►Education: successfully completed vocational training or a university degree in business administration, human resources, or a comparable field of study
►Experience and Know-how: 1-3 years of internship and/or fulltime experience in administration or HR operations
►Personality and Working Style: high service orientation and clear articulation when interacting with diverse stakeholders; conscientious approach to administrative workflows; ability to maintain an accurate overview when handling multiple concurrent requests
►Languages: fluent German and Hungarian language skills for reliable daily dialogue with recruiters and hiring managers, accompanied by communicative English proficiency
