Test Specialist

We are currently looking for a Test Specialist to join our growing team in one of the biggest European organizations.
Tasks:
Designs and documents test cases for software systems.
Executes test
Executes exploratory test sessions
Reports Test results and found defects
Interprets test results, reports on test progress and issues
Cooperates with analysis, architects, software development and service desk teams
Reviews project documentation
Takes test lead role in smaller projects
Knowledge and skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 5 years of IT-relevant professional experience
Minimum of 5 years of project experience relevant to the profile or at a similar position
Presents excellent command of English, at least at B2 level
Required certificates:
At least 1 certification among:
ISTQB Advanced
or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
or 3 years of experience in test management above required minimum experience at a similar position
Hands on experience in testing complex systems up to the amount of years per profile requested at the "minimum experience at similar position"
Well versed and practical knowledge of software testing tools
Expert in designing tests
Analytical mind, attention to detail and an ability to pick things up quickly
Presents excellent communication and documentation skills
Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle.
Specific requirements
Proven functional, regression and acceptance testing of enterprise web applications built on SharePoint / SPFx / React with .NET Web APIs, including API testing (e.g. Postman) and basic performance testing (e.g. JMeter)
Hands-on management of test plans, test suites, test cases and defects in Azure DevOps Test Plans / Boards, with traceability from requirements and user stories to test results and to the commits/pull requests fixing the defects
Experience in taking over a test asset base from a third-party contractor (test-case inventory, regression suites, environments) and in verifying a Definition of Done that includes security-scan and penetration-test findings
Ability to work with business owners on acceptance criteria and UAT organisation; availability for a knowledge-transfer period.
