Qualifications
Strong Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD skills, including tenant configuration, conditional access, MFA, SSO, and role-based access control.
Experience with identity and access management (IAM), identity lifecycle management, and integration with directory services such as Active Directory.
Knowledge of Microsoft Security tooling (e.g., Defender, Sentinel) and their integration with Entra ID for monitoring and incident response.
Understanding of security best practices, zero trust architecture, and regulatory or compliance frameworks relevant to identity management.
Proficiency in scripting or automation (e.g., PowerShell, ARM/Bicep, Terraform) for managing and scaling identity configurations.
Ability to analyze, document, and improve identity workflows, access policies, and security configurations for diverse client environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Security Engineer, or similar are highly beneficial.
Experience in consulting or professional services, especially within healthcare, finance, government, or technology sectors, is a plus.
