What you’ll be doing
Build relationships: Be a key point of contact for the client, stakeholders, and suppliers.
Drive improvement: Identify opportunities to improve service quality, efficiency, and value for money.
Keep people safe: Ensure health, safety, risk management, and business continuity requirements are met.
Keep things running: Oversee building operations, maintenance, service requests, and compliance across multiple sites.
Lead and inspire: Manage, coach, and develop your team, creating a positive, high-performing environment.
Manage the commercials: Oversee contracts, supplier performance, budgets, and cost control.
Be ready to respond: Participate in a 24/7 emergency call support and site attendance rota.

What you’ll bring
5 years plus experience in facilities management, building operations or property management.
5 years plus experience leading teams, managing suppliers and overseeing multiple locations.
A good understanding of health and safety, compliance, and building systems.
Commercial awareness, including budgets and contract management.
Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive, collaborative approach and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
Knowledge of critical environments and specialist building systems is an advantage.
Languages: Strong or fluent English and French and/or Dutch are required.
