Vice President of Financial Products and Services

Role Description The Vice President of Financial Products and Services is a part-time, remote leadership role responsible for overseeing the design, development, and enhancement of trading-related financial products and services. This role involves leading product strategy for educational offerings and proprietary trading solutions, ensuring alignment with market needs, regulatory requirements, and business objectives. The Vice President will collaborate with trading, technology, and education teams to define product roadmaps, manage initiatives, and optimize customer experiences across platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, assessing product performance, prioritizing features, and coordinating cross-functional projects from concept through launch. The role also includes mentoring team members, establishing best practices, and contributing to long-term growth and innovation in FRHS Fintech’s product portfolio.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, trading performance, and product metrics to inform decisions.
Demonstrated experience in product management, including product strategy, roadmap development, and stakeholder alignment.
Proven project management capabilities in planning, coordinating, and delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope.
Solid finance knowledge, preferably in trading, capital markets, or financial instruments, with experience in risk and profitability assessment.
Background in product development, collaborating with technical and business teams to design and refine digital financial solutions.
Experience in fintech, brokerage, asset management, or proprietary trading environments is highly beneficial.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead remotely and work across diverse, global teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, FRM, PMP) are an advantage.
