Role Description This full-time, on-site Owner role is based in Narsimhapur and involves overseeing daily operations, setting strategic direction, and ensuring sustainable growth of the business. The Owner is responsible for managing finances, resources, and vendor relationships, as well as monitoring performance to meet short- and long-term goals. This role includes supervising staff, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The Owner also handles key decision-making, risk management, and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices. Regular tasks may include reviewing reports, analyzing market trends, meeting with partners or clients, and identifying opportunities to innovate and improve services.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior management with accountability for operations and results.
Strong skills in financial management, budgeting, and basic accounting to ensure profitability and cash flow stability.
Proficiency in leadership, team management, and conflict resolution, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
Capability in strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making to guide long-term business direction.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with employees, customers, suppliers, and local stakeholders.
