Creative Lead – AI-First Design | Pune

A US-headquartered enterprise software company whose platform automates drone operations for enterprises worldwide, with a partner network in 70+ countries. The product, engineering and business teams are based in Pune.
The role
Lead visual creative across web, social, events and print, with an AI-first workflow. You will turn complex technical stories into clear, striking visuals for enterprise audiences and build reusable brand systems.
What you will do
Create websites, social campaigns, print collateral, booth graphics and merchandise
Use generative AI tools (such as Midjourney and Runway) to create and refine assets
Produce 3D renders and motion content for campaigns and launches
Build reusable brand frameworks, components and AI design workflows
Work with product marketing and sales on launches and enterprise collateral
Who we are looking for
4–8 years in graphic, brand or visual design with a strong portfolio
Fluent in AI-first design workflows and comfortable combining AI with no-code tools
Range across 2D, 3D, motion and print; strong typography, layout and composition
Experience building scalable brand systems; Figma proficiency
Video generation and editing skills are a plus
Location: Pune, work from office (relocation welcome) | Experience: 4–8 years | Portfolio required
