Associate Lead Software Architect

Location Name: Pune Corporate Office - Mantri
Job Purpose
Responsible for leading Salesforce development initiatives, performing architecture assessments, and managing the Salesforce CRM platform to support business objectives.
The role involves defining solution architecture, managing a team of developers, ensuring project delivery, driving enterprise-wide Salesforce best practices, and coordinating with business stakeholders and external partners.
The position is accountable for successful project execution, platform governance, technical leadership, and continuous improvement of Salesforce-based solutions.
Duties And Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Architecture
Lead Salesforce development initiatives and perform architecture assessments to design scalable, secure, and enterprise-compliant solutions using Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of developers, conduct regular reviews, oversee resource allocation, and ensure delivery excellence.
Salesforce Platform Management
Manage the Salesforce CRM platform, including application enhancements, integrations, system performance, governance, and platform stability.
Solution Design & Technical Governance
Analyze business requirements and architect innovative technology solutions aligned with enterprise standards and long-term business goals.
Project Planning & Delivery
Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and technical feasibility. Develop project plans and monitor execution to ensure successful delivery.
Stakeholder & Partner Management
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, external vendors, and implementation partners to ensure seamless execution of projects.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, provide status updates, and escalate risks and issues to management when required.
Financial & Resource Management
Ensure resource availability and allocation, manage project budgets, and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Team & Partner Governance
Conduct monthly team reviews and partner performance reviews to ensure delivery commitments and quality standards are met.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
Selection of Salesforce architecture and solution design approaches.
Prioritization of project deliverables and development activities.
Resource allocation and project staffing decisions.
Technical decisions related to integrations, data models, automation, and customizations.
Identification and mitigation of project risks and dependencies.
Recommendations on platform enhancements and technology adoption.
Major Challenges
Leading multiple Salesforce projects and initiatives simultaneously.
Managing delivery timelines while ensuring architecture compliance and code quality.
Balancing business requirements with enterprise architecture standards.
Managing cross-functional teams and external implementation partners.
Maintaining platform scalability, performance, and security.
Optimizing business processes across multiple systems and integration points.
Managing budgetary constraints while delivering business value.
Required Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science.
Work Experience
6-10 years of relevant salesforce development and delivery experience.
