Proclinical is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to support exciting projects in the Renal and Autoimmune therapy areas.
Primary Responsibilities
This role offers the opportunity to lead global studies and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. The Renal project is particularly urgent, so candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply promptly.
Skills & Requirements
Strong background in full-service project management within a CRO setting.
Proven experience managing global clinical studies.
Expertise in bid defense and budget negotiation processes.
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
The Clinical Project Manager's Responsibilities Will Be
Manage end-to-end project delivery for clinical trial programmes, ensuring successful execution across all phases.
Lead global studies while maintaining adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
Support bid defence presentations and play an active role in budget planning and negotiations.
Partner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive efficient project delivery.
Anticipate potential risks and challenges, implementing proactive solutions to minimise impact.
Deliver clear and timely project updates, keeping stakeholders informed of progress and key milestones.
Compensation
$160,000 to $180,000 per annum.
