Role Description The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences for web and mobile products. This full-time, on-site role is based in Peshawar and involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes; conducting user research and usability testing; and iterating designs based on feedback and data. The designer will translate business and user needs into clear, visually engaging layouts and interaction patterns, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. The role also includes preparing design assets for handoff to front-end developers and contributing to design standards and best practices across the organization.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Mockups and Visual Design to create clear, attractive, and consistent user interfaces.
Candidates should possess Prototyping and User Experience Design (UED) skills to develop interactive flows, validate concepts, and improve usability.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development knowledge to collaborate effectively with developers and ensure designs are feasible and implementable.
Candidates should possess familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and basic understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX work.
Ability to work on-site in Peshawar, communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, manage deadlines, and adapt to evolving project requirements.
