Role Description The Junior Frontend / React Developer will work on building and improving user-facing features for JobEasyApply’s web platform. This full-time remote role involves developing responsive interfaces using React and JavaScript, integrating APIs, and collaborating with product and design teams to deliver a smooth user experience. The developer will help maintain and enhance existing code, participate in code reviews, write unit tests, and support the implementation of new features. Day-to-day, the role includes debugging issues, optimizing performance, and ensuring consistent, accessible UI components.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Front-End Development with hands-on experience in React and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Understanding of Software Development principles, including version control (Git), testing, and basic CI/CD practices.
Familiarity with state management tools such as Redux.js and component-driven development.
Basic exposure to Back-End Web Development, RESTful APIs, and integrating frontend with backend services.
Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, with attention to performance and accessibility.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience, or demonstrable portfolio projects.
Strong problem-solving skills, willingness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
Experience with UI libraries, responsive design, and cloud-based or SaaS products is a plus.
