Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant with 4+ years of hands-on experience in ERP implementation, configuration, business process analysis, and client management.
The ideal candidate should have exposure to multiple industries, particularly Manufacturing and Education, along with other sectors such as Trading, Retail, or Distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central based on business requirements.
- Work on Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing modules.
- Gather requirements, conduct business process mapping, and prepare functional documentation.
- Manage functional testing, UAT, user training, and go-live activities.
- Handle client discussions, issue resolution, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customizations, integrations, and reporting.
- Understand industry-specific workflows and recommend effective ERP solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Strong functional knowledge of ERP processes and implementation methodologies.
- Experience working across multiple industries, including Manufacturing and Education.
- Good understanding of Finance, Inventory, Procurement, Sales, and Supply Chain processes.
- Strong communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.
Preferred: Candidates who have worked on end-to-end implementations across multiple industries, especially Manufacturing and Education, will be given preference.
