Mechanical Engineer (Data Center)

• Review mechanical designs, drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Oversee mechanical construction activities and monitor contractor performance.
• Coordinate with design consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve technical and design-related issues.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions, and method statements.
• Ensure mechanical installations comply with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
• Monitor construction progress and support testing and commissioning activities.
• Identify and resolve design discrepancies, technical issues, and site-related challenges.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain relevant technical documentation
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, including mechanical design and construction.
Strong mechanical design experience, including HVAC, cooling systems, and other mechanical building services.
Experience in large-scale construction projects.
Experience working with Project Management Consultancy (PMC) or General Contractor (GC) companies is preferred.
Data center project experience is an advantage.
Good knowledge of mechanical systems, construction practices, and applicable standards.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
