Job Description:
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week (Ayala Avenue, Makati; SM North EDSA; EXXA Tower, Bridgetowne; Alabang)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Screening Specialist to support the candidate evaluation process by reviewing recorded video applications and interviews. This role focuses on assessing candidate responses against established qualifications and competency standards, ensuring fair, accurate, and consistent evaluations.
The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and the ability to make objective assessments that support quality and confident hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
· Review recorded candidate video applications and interviews.
· Assess candidate responses against predefined qualifications and competency criteria.
· Assign standardized scores based on established evaluation guidelines.
· Document assessment results accurately and consistently.
· Provide reliable evaluation records to support recruitment decisions.
Qualifications
· At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment, quality assurance, candidate screening, customer service quality analysis, or call evaluation.
· Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and web-based applications.
· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
· Ability to follow standardized assessment criteria and maintain accurate records.
· Good written communication and organizational skills.
