*🔹 Key Responsibilities:*
- Follow up with US insurance companies regarding outstanding medical claims.
- Contact insurance payers to check claim status and resolve payment delays.
- Identify and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
- Handle claim appeals and coordinate for claim reprocessing.
- Maintain accurate follow-up notes and update account status in the billing system.
- Meet daily productivity, quality, and collection targets.
*🔹 Required Skills:*
- Experience in US Healthcare AR Calling / Medical Billing / RCM.
- Knowledge of insurance follow-ups, claim status, denials, and payment processing.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with payer portals and medical billing software is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in US night shifts.
