Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with 5+ years of experience in application development, system integrations, and AI implementation. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing scalable web applications, integrating third-party platforms, and implementing AI-powered solutions to automate business processes and enhance application functionality.
Key Responsibilities:
Full Stack Development:
Develop, maintain, and optimize frontend and backend applications using modern frameworks and programming languages.
Build responsive user interfaces, backend services, and scalable database solutions.
Ensure application performance, security, and code quality.
System Integration:
Develop and manage REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party application integrations.
Integrate CRM, ERP, SaaS platforms, and other business applications.
Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure seamless data synchronization across systems.
AI Integration:
Integrate AI models, LLM APIs, and generative AI capabilities into existing applications.
Develop AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent automation workflows.
Work with AI frameworks, RAG pipelines, and AI agents to deliver practical business solutions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as React.js, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Hands-on experience with backend technologies such as Python, Django, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks.
Strong expertise in REST APIs, webhooks, authentication protocols, and third-party integrations.
Practical experience with AI APIs, LLMs, and frameworks such as OpenAI, LangChain, or LlamaIndex.
Knowledge of SQL databases, Git, cloud platforms, and application deployment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM platforms such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with RAG, vector databases, AI agents, and workflow automation.
Experience & Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Proven experience in system integrations, API development, and AI-powered application implementation.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical projects.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
