Job Description
We are looking for an Identity Security Engineer with minimum 1 year of experience in IAM space to join our Identity Security practice. The engineer will work on the implementation, configuration, integration, troubleshooting and support of enterprise identity security solutions.
The role will provide an opportunity to work with technologies such as CyberArk, Semperis and Silverfort, along with other IAM and security technologies. Prior experience with these products is not mandatory; strong technical fundamentals and the ability to learn new technologies are important.
Key Responsibility
• Assist in the implementation, configuration and support of identity security solutions in customer environments.
• Work with Active Directory, Windows/Linux, networking and identity infrastructure as part of implementation and troubleshooting activities.
• Support activities related to privileged accounts, authentication, authorization, access control and identity security.
• Troubleshoot issues related to connectivity, authentication, permissions, services, logs and system configurations.
• Assist with product integrations, upgrades, testing, documentation and operational support. Work with senior engineers and customer teams to understand requirements and resolve technical issues.
• Follow implementation procedures, security standards, change processes and customer-specific SOPs.

Technical Skills – Must have
• Good understanding of Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, users, groups, GPO, authentication, authorization and privileged accounts.
• Basic hands-on experience with Windows and/or Linux administration, including services, permissions, logs and troubleshooting.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, common ports, firewalls and connectivity troubleshooting. Basic understanding of IAM concepts such as RBAC, least privilege, MFA, SSO and identity lifecycle.
• Working knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting/automation technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to investigate issues systematically.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document technical activities and interact with customers and internal teams.
Technical Skills – Good to have
• Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID / Azure, AWS or other cloud identity services.
• Basic knowledge of SAML, OAuth/OIDC, Kerberos and other authentication protocols.
• Exposure to REST APIs, Python, SQL/databases or automation.
• Familiarity with SIEM, ITSM/ServiceNow or security monitoring tools.
• Basic understanding of PAM, Zero Trust and identity security.
• Any relevant certification in Cybersecurity, Microsoft, IAM or Networking.
Qualification
• B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science) or equivalent qualification.
• 1–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, cybersecurity, IAM or a related technical role.
• Candidates with strong fundamentals and relevant academic/project experience may also be considered.
