Remote Chat Assistant

I’m helping Dream Live find a top candidate to join their team full-time for the role of Remote Chat Assistant.
You will drive subscriber engagement and revenue growth through expert account management
Compensation:
USD 500 - 1.2K/month.
Location:
Remote (for Venezuela, Colombia, Argentina, Nicaragua, Chile, and El Salvador residents)

Responsibilities and more:
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are an agency specialized in +account management. We are looking for responsible, committed, and dynamic Chat Assistants to interact with subscribers and maximize sales through professional conversation and retention strategies.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage assigned accounts
- Interact with subscribers to build relationships and drive sales.
- Apply sales, conversation, and upselling techniques.
- Maintain professional ethics and strict confidentiality.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Language: 100% Fluent English (Advanced/C1 written skills required).
- Skills: Great communication, empathy, and sales-driven attitude.
- Equipment: Computer with a stable internet connection and mandatory power backup plan (UPS/generator) to avoid disruptions.
COMPENSATION & PAYMENTS
- Attractive daily pay plus competitive sales commissions.
- Bi-weekly evaluation system with tiered bonuses based on performance and generated sales.
- Regular payouts issued twice a month (on the 7th and 22nd) via Binance.
- Paid training period ($36 USD completion bonus after finishing training and completing initial shifts).
SHIFT OPTIONS & WORKING HOURS
- 8-hour shifts (Morning, Evening, and Night shifts available).
- 6 working days per week with 1 assigned day off.
