Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Visual Content & Communication Designer. UHPC is looking for a Visual Content & Communication Designer with 3–5 years of experience to join our team and help build our content and communication engine.
We are building an education-led communication programme for architects, structural engineers and construction professionals through YouTube, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
This is not simply a video-editing or graphic-design role.
We are looking for someone who can take a complex technical idea and turn it into a simple, compelling visual story.
You will work on:
🎥 YouTube educational videos
📊 Technical explainers & infographics
🎬 Motion graphics & animations
💡 LinkedIn content & carousels
🏗️ Architectural & structural applications
📸 Project, product & site videos
🎨 UHPC's visual communication language
You will work closely with our founder, technical team, architects, structural engineers and marketing team to translate complex ideas into communication that professionals want to engage with.
We’re looking for:
3–5 years of relevant experience
Degree in Communication Design / Visual Communication / Graphic Design / Film & Video / Animation from a reputed institute
Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
Strong visual storytelling and information-design skills
Curiosity about architecture, engineering, materials and technology
A portfolio that demonstrates the ability to explain, not merely decorate
Most importantly:
We are not looking for someone who simply knows how to edit a video. We are looking for someone who can take a complex technical idea and make a professional audience want to understand it.
