Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled React / Next.js & .NET Core Lead to join our growing development team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in modern frontend development using React.js and Next.js, combined with hands-on backend experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web APIs. The candidate should possess a solid understanding of software architecture, Object-Oriented Design (OOD), and full-stack web application development.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, Next.js, C#, and .NET Core.
Build responsive and high-performance user interfaces using React Hooks, Context API, and modern state management techniques.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core and Web API.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Implement clean coding practices and Object-Oriented Design principles.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues.
Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best development practices.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills
Frontend (Mandatory)
Strong hands-on experience in React.js and Next.js
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Experience with React Hooks, Context API, and state management libraries
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design
Experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs
Backend (Mandatory)
Strong experience in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core
Expertise in developing RESTful Web APIs
Good understanding of Object-Oriented Design (OOD) and design patterns
Experience with Entity Framework Core and ORM concepts
Database & DevOps
Experience with SQL Server
Knowledge of Git version control
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, preferably Azure DevOps
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Preferred Skills
Experience with Microservices Architecture
Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services
Experience with Unit Testing frameworks
Exposure to Docker and Containerization
Understanding of application performance optimization
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
3-6 years of software development experience
Proven experience leading full-stack development projects
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to mentor team members and drive technical excellence
