Role Description The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day project activities at the Mysore location, ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with civil and structural teams, supervising site work, monitoring progress, and resolving technical issues in real time. The Site Engineer will review drawings, support quality control procedures, manage documentation, and communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients. The role also involves checking material usage, verifying measurements, assisting in scheduling, and helping ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision skills and experience working at construction or fabrication sites.
Candidate Should have Strong knowledge of Drawing and Drafting of Drawing with Practical Knowledge
Candidates should possess effective communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Candidates should possess quality control skills, including monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to standards.
Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge and the ability to interpret structural drawings and specifications.
Candidates should possess a civil engineering background, preferably with a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with safety regulations, basic project management, and proficiency in MS Office and drawing review (e.g., AutoCAD).
Ability to work independently, make site-level decisions, and maintain accurate records and reports.
