Role Description The Senior Project Manager at Infinite NXT will oversee end-to-end delivery of key investment platform initiatives, from planning through execution and post-launch evaluation. This full-time, on-site role is based in Canada and involves leading cross-functional project teams, managing timelines, budgets, and risks, and aligning stakeholders around clear objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining project scopes, coordinating with product, technology, operations, and compliance teams, monitoring progress through detailed project plans, and resolving issues promptly. The Senior Project Manager will also drive process improvements, ensure compliance with internal standards, prepare status reports for leadership, and support strategic decision-making to enhance platform performance and customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong project management skills, including experience in Project Management methodologies, planning, and stakeholder coordination.
Hands-on experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities, ensuring timely delivery of tasks, resources, and project milestones.
Background in Inspection, with the ability to review, validate, and ensure quality and compliance of project deliverables.
Experience in Logistics Management, including coordinating resources, schedules, and dependencies across multiple teams or vendors.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects, ideally in fintech, financial services, or technology-driven environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities, with attention to detail and a focus on execution quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and present to senior leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile/Scrum) are an advantage.
