Role Description
We're about to build the v1 of our product at Femnov. And I'm looking for the right person to lead it.
It's a Medical Application, built in Kotlin and offline-first. No connection, no problem: everything runs on the tablet. Including, at its core, our AI model, integrated into the app and running live inference right on the device.
That last part is where it gets interesting. We're taking a model out of the lab and making it run smoothly on a tablet, in real time, without a network to lean on. You'd own that, with support from our ML/AI engineers. The mission is short and intense: 2–3 months, freelance or short-term contract, remote only.
You'd work directly with me, alongside a UX/UI designer and two ML/AI engineers. Small team. Fast decisions. No layers.
The one thing that matters most: you've led mobile projects all the way to the store. On-device ML experience? A big plus. Medical experience? Great if you have it. Not a dealbreaker if you don't.
And yes, we're ready to pay the right price for the right person. The only administrative condition: your company needs to be registered in France.
If that sounds like you (or someone you'd vouch for), we can't wait to hear from you!
