Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Technical Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have experience working in an on-site RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) environment, with strong communication, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical hiring requirements and deliver qualified candidates within agreed timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial screening and assess candidates against job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, pipeline reports, and hiring metrics.
Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
Work effectively in a client-facing, on-site RPO environment while meeting recruitment targets and SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment.
Hands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
Prior experience working in an on-site recruitment or RPO project environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Good organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions and work in a target-driven environment.
