Role Description The Civil Engineer will support the planning, design, and supervision of civil works for architectural and urban development projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and reviewing civil engineering designs, drawings, and specifications, coordinating with architects and other consultants to ensure structural feasibility, and assisting in site planning and infrastructure layout. The role also involves overseeing on-site execution, conducting inspections, monitoring quality and safety standards, and supporting construction supervision from initial groundwork to project handover. The Civil Engineer will contribute to stormwater management solutions, drainage design, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pandhurna, requiring close collaboration with project teams and regular interaction with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering fundamentals, including structural and infrastructure systems.
Candidates should possess planning-related skills, including Planning for site layout, land use, and integration with architectural and urban design requirements.
Candidates should possess skills in Stormwater Management and related drainage design to ensure sustainable and compliant infrastructure solutions.
Candidates should possess professional Civil Engineer capabilities, such as interpreting drawings, supervising construction activities, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in relevant design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, civil design tools) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
Prior experience in building projects, urban infrastructure, or site development is preferred; entry-level candidates with strong technical skills may also be considered.
