The Bridge Search is partnering with a fantastic client to find an experienced Salesforce Administrator for a permanent APS6 role. It's fully remote, so you can work from anywhere in Australia, whether that's a home office in Hobart or a kitchen table in Kalgoorlie. You'll keep their Salesforce platform healthy, happy and humming, and help shape how it supports their people and the work they do.
What you'll be doing
- Looking after users, profiles, permission sets, roles and security, so the right people see the right things (and nobody sees the wrong things)
- Building and maintaining flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards
- Turning "can Salesforce just...?" requests into practical solutions that actually work
- Managing releases, sandboxes and change control, and keeping documentation current (yes, really)
- Tackling data quality head-on with imports, clean-ups and deduplication
- Supporting and training users so they love the platform as much as you do
- Working with developers, architects and vendors on enhancements and integrations
What you'll bring
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (essential)
- Solid hands-on experience administering Salesforce in a complex organisation
- Serious Flow skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build relationships, run a great workshop, and explain technical things to non-technical people without anyone's eyes glazing over
- Calm, organised and good at juggling competing priorities
Bonus points for
- Extra Salesforce certifications, such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Business Analyst or relevant Cloud Consultant certs
- Public sector experience
- Familiarity with Agile delivery
