Job Description
Way.com is looking for a Senior Operations Executive who combines operational excellence with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. If you enjoy working with data, building dashboards, improving processes, and driving operational efficiency, this opportunity is for you!
What You’ll Do:
🔹Manage daily airport parking operations, reservations, vendor coordination, and listing management.
🔹Build dynamic dashboards, KPI trackers, and performance reports.
🔹Analyze data, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
🔹Develop SOPs, streamline workflows, and explore automation opportunities.
🔹Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and data analysis.
🔹Hands-on experience in dashboard development and management reporting.
🔹Strong process improvement, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
🔹Exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Power Query, Google Apps Script, or AI tools is an advantage.
🔹Flexibility to work rotational/night shifts and weekends as required.
