About The Opportunity
Seeking a passionate and experienced Faculty member to deliver high-quality, industry-relevant learning experiences to students. The ideal candidate will be a true domain expert capable of teaching, mentoring learners, contributing to curriculum design, and representing developer at academic and industry forums.
Role & Responsibilities
Deliver 9 to 18 hours of teaching and activity-based sessions per week, ensuring engaging and outcome-driven learning experiences.
Coordinate closely with fellow faculty members and visiting industry experts on the planning and delivery of the curriculum.
Identify and resolve academic and learning issues faced by enrolled students or learners in a timely manner.
Guide and mentor learners to support their overall growth, development, and career readiness.
Assist the Head of Academics or Academic Director in developing curriculum for new and upcoming courses.
Actively participate in, and where required lead, academic events, seminars, workshops, and conferences.
Stay current with industry trends and continuously bring real-world, practical insights into the classroom.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
Minimum 4 to 7 years of relevant industry experience in the relevant domain.
Demonstrated subject-matter expertise with the ability to translate real-world experience into effective, structured teaching.
Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners.
A collaborative mindset to work with fellow faculty, visiting experts, and academic leadership.
Preferred
Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience will be an added advantage, though not mandatory.
