Our remote-first model empowers recruiters to work autonomously while leveraging AI-enabled sourcing tools and scalable workflows to deliver quality hires at velocity.
Role & Responsibilities
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across tech, sales, and operations roles using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards.
Conduct initial video screenings and competency-based interviews to assess cultural fit and role readiness.
Manage end-to-end candidate experience—from offer negotiation to onboarding—ensuring 90%+ offer acceptance rate.
Partner with hiring managers to define JDs, role expectations, and success metrics for high-volume and specialized roles.
Track recruitment pipeline KPIs (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) and optimize tactics bi-weekly.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs using ATS and CRM tools.
