Your Role
As a Project Billing Coordinator, you will:
Monitor and balance revenues and expenses for each assigned job to ensure financial accuracy.
Track internal subcontractor invoices and pass-through revenue while managing the full progression of invoices.
Execute daily intake management, WIP processing, and project tracking to support market operations teams.
Consolidate backup documentation using AutoDesk to create comprehensive billing packets and reports.
Conduct progress reviews and quality control checks on all invoicing to ensure zero rejections and alignment with customer requirements.
What You Need
Non-negotiables
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel (specifically Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs).
Proven experience as a Strong Biller with a heavy focus on data entry and financial reconciliation.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for intercompany-department coordination.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to manage high-volume reporting.
Ability to meet strict weekly and monthly financial goals assigned by leadership.
Preferred Skills/expertise
Experience with Oracle or similar enterprise financial software.
Knowledge of AutoDesk for map consolidation and project backup.
Familiarity with Comcast workflows or similar telecommunications billing systems.
Previous experience in WIP (Work In Progress) management and submittals.
Proven ability to handle "Project Tracking" for complex assignments.
