IT Manager

Job Responsibilities
1. IT Strategy & Governance: Formulate IT strategy and roadmap; establish policies, standards, processes and governance controls; align IT projects with business priorities; keep track of evolving technology trends.
2. Business Systems & Digital Transformation: Take charge of ERP, MES, BC and business application systems; drive digital transformation, AI-enabled process improvement, automation and system optimization; ensure data integrity and system reliability.
3. IT Operations, Infrastructure & Cybersecurity: Oversee networks, servers, endpoint systems and day-to-day IT operations; manage cybersecurity, access control, risk assessment, security awareness training, data backup, disaster recovery and business continuity.
4. Vendor & Project Management: Manage vendors, contracts and performance; lead system upgrades and implementations; evaluate solutions in terms of cost, scalability and suitability; administer IT budget, procurement and capital investment.
5. Team Leadership & User Enablement: Lead and develop the IT team; build a network of key users; provide technical guidance and user support; foster collaboration, continuous improvement and technology-driven innovation.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering or other related disciplines.
2. Minimum 5–8 years of relevant working experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
3. Preference for candidates holding certifications such as Microsoft, Cisco, ITIL, PMP, CompTIA Security+, CISSP or equivalent credentials.
4. Manufacturing industry experience is preferred.
5. Hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and system administration, ERP, MES, BI and business application systems, network and server administration, cybersecurity and risk management, IT projects and system upgrades, AI and digital technologies; experience with software including Kingdee, Yonyou is required.
