SCEH is looking for a Course Design Expert to create high-quality, learner-centric courses that can shape the future of eyecare education and healthcare training.
🎯 What You'll Do
🏗️ Design – Build course structures, learning objectives, competencies, outcomes, and curriculum frameworks.
🛠️ Develop – Convert clinical and technical expertise into engaging, structured learning content.
🤝 Collaborate – Work with clinicians, faculty, SMEs, Medical Education, Public Health, Allied Ophthalmic Personnel, and other departments.
📚 Apply – Use competency-based education, outcome-based curriculum design, and adult learning principles to create impactful programs.
🔎 Who We're Looking For
✅ 6–10 years of experience in course/curriculum/instructional design or L&D
✅ Experience in NGOs, social-sector organisations, eye-care hospitals, healthcare organisations, hospitals, or non-profit/trust environments
✅ Postgraduate/PhD qualification in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, Adult Learning, or a related field
✅ Experience converting clinical/technical knowledge into structured, learner-focused courses
✅ Ability to work with senior clinicians and SMEs and translate their expertise into effective learning programs
✅ Strong understanding of competency-based and outcome-based education
