Talent Acquisition Specialist (Contract)

Job Summary:
The TA Associate works closely with Talent Acquisition Leads and hiring managers across Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics to support high-impact hiring and deliver a great candidate experience. This role focuses on executing end-to-end recruitment, building pipelines, and ensuring smooth coordination across the hiring lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Support hiring managers and TA Leads in executing structured hiring plans across Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics roles
Manage the recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, and offer coordination
Source top talent from the industry
Conduct competency-based screening interviews to assess skills, problem-solving ability, and cultural fit
Coordinate closely with stakeholders to ensure timely feedback and a seamless candidate experience
Maintain accurate records on ATS and support reporting on hiring metrics
Contribute to diversity hiring by building inclusive pipelines
Stay updated on talent trends and share relevant market insights with the team
Skills and Attributes for Success:
2–4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in tech hiring
Hands-on experience sourcing for Product, Engineering, Design, or Analytics roles
Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
