Sales Representative

Role Description The Sales Representative role is a part-time, remote position responsible for growing Bookkeeping With a Smile’s client base. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting discovery calls, and presenting bookkeeping services and QuickBooks Online solutions to prospective clients. The Sales Representative will follow up with prospects, prepare proposals, and support new client onboarding in collaboration with the bookkeeping team. This role also involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, contributing to sales campaigns, and providing feedback on client needs and market trends. The position requires consistent virtual communication with clients and internal team members to ensure a positive, professional sales experience.

Candidates should possess skills in basic financial literacy and the ability to discuss bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online services confidently.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple leads and tasks.
Comfort with phone, video, and email communication, with professional written and verbal communication skills.
Prior experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles, preferably in professional services or accounting/bookkeeping, is beneficial.
High level of integrity, reliability, and commitment to delivering a positive client experience.
