Role Description
Plan and implement supply chain strategies, including supply and demand modeling, inventory management, and production scheduling.
Analyze data to identify bottlenecks, waste, and inefficiencies, and develop continuous improvement plans.
Collaborate with sales, operations, finance, and vendors to select partners, negotiate deals, and maintain strong relationships.
Monitor KPIs, forecast trends, and recommend process improvements or new technologies, such as automation software.
Oversee purchasing, warehousing, and order fulfillment, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven experience in vendor management and project leadership.
Ability to work in dynamic environments such as manufacturing or distribution.
