About the role

Description supplied by the original job listing.

We are seeking an experienced Legal Operations Manager to own and drive the execution of the Legal & Compliance team's operational transformation plan. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will modernise the way the team works — leading the adoption of legal AI tooling, strengthening our knowledge and data repositories, and running the operational backbone that frees our team members to focus on the work that matters most. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone who enjoys turning the art of the possible into everyday reality and bringing colleagues along with them.
Key responsibilities:
Own and deliver the Legal & Compliance team's operational transformation plan, taking end-to-end responsibility for its execution.
Lead the adoption of legal AI software to deflect routine legal queries away from the team, improve the team's efficiency, and empower colleagues to undertake a greater range of tasks themselves.
Maintain and evolve the team's repositories, knowledge base and data, keeping them accurate, well-structured and genuinely useful.
Oversee the company secretarial scheme, ensuring statutory and governance obligations are met across the group.
Support the management of intragroup agreements, including their preparation, upkeep and record-keeping.
Champion new ways of working — explaining, influencing and educating the team on the art of the possible to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
Provide general team administration and operational support to keep the function running smoothly.
Requirements
Proven experience running legal operations, ideally within another global technology company.
Experience working for a private equity portfolio company is preferable.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
The ability to explain and influence the art of the possible, and to educate and bring colleagues along with you.
A can-do, hands-on approach.
