Senior Sales Manager

Role Description:
1. Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.
2. Manage the end-to-end sales process – lead generation, proposal, negotiation, order finalization, project coordination, and collections.
3. Handle key accounts individually, ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
4. Conduct product demos, technical presentations, and commercial discussions with clients, consultants, and EPCs.
5. Coordinate with design, service, and accounts teams for smooth execution, timely delivery, and payment realization.
6. Analyze market trends, competitors, and pricing to support strategic decision-making.
7. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection goals with a strong focus on profitability.
8. Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring effective communication and post-installation support.
9. Travel Pan-India as required for client meetings, project sites, and business development activities.
10.Looking for specialized candidate with labs furniture and labs equipment sales.
Qualifications:
1.Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing complex B2B deals.
2.Experience in client relationship management.
3.Proficiency in market research, opportunity analysis, and strategic planning to identify and prioritize high-potential segments.
4.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, projects, operations) to develop customized solutions and proposals.
5.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
6.Proven experience in laboratory furniture and labs equipments sales.
7.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
8.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet revenue and performance targets.
9.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
10.Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), and standard business reporting
