About Roadcast
Roadcast is a leading logistics and supply-chain technology company transforming how enterprises manage fleets, deliveries, field operations, and IoT-driven mobility networks.
Our platform powers real-time tracking, route optimization, automation, and AI-driven analytics for businesses across industries — enabling transparency, efficiency, and massive operational scale.
We are entering our next growth phase, rebuilding our core infrastructure and platforms into a modern, cloud-native, microservices ecosystem (Bolt v2) powered by Golang, containerized deployments, high-availability clusters, and real-time data processing systems.
To support this evolution, we are strengthening our DevOps and Platform Engineering foundation — focusing on scalability, reliability, security, and automation at enterprise scale.
The Role
We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer who will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining the cloud infrastructure that powers Roadcast’s next-generation logistics and video-telematics ecosystem.
You will collaborate closely with our Backend, Mobile, and Data Engineering teams, working across CI/CD, container orchestration, infrastructure-as-code, observability, platform security, and performance optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who loves automation, thrives in cloud-native environments, and enjoys ensuring that systems run fast, secure, and reliably — 24/7.
What You’ll Do
Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure across AWS/GCP environments
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform and configuration management with Ansible
Build, optimize, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, ArgoCD, and GitLab runners
Manage Dockerized services and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes (EKS/GKE/On-prem clusters)
Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth, automated build → deploy → monitor workflows
Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, Loki, etc.)
Configure and optimize Nginx for reverse proxying, SSL termination, rate limiting, caching, and high-traffic routing
Ensure robust cloud security — IAM policies, VPC architecture, network segmentation, firewall rules, secret management
Manage production-grade PostgreSQL clusters, including replication, high availability, and backups (Barman, Repmgr, WAL archiving)
Monitor infrastructure costs and optimize resource usage across all environments
Support incident response, root-cause analysis, and production performance tuning
Participate in architecture discussions, sprint planning, and DevOps process improvements
What We’re Looking For
2–3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles
Strong understanding of AWS/GCP cloud environments, VPC design, and security best practices
Proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and infrastructure automation
Solid experience with Docker and Kubernetes (deployments, scaling, troubleshooting)
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps workflows, and DevOps automation
Experience with PostgreSQL, including replication, backup strategies (Barman), and cluster monitoring
Strong Linux (Unix) fundamentals and comfort working on high-availability servers
Strong scripting ability in Bash or Python
Familiarity with monitoring & observability stacks: ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support high-scale production workloads
You’ll Thrive Here If You
Love solving operational challenges in high-traffic, distributed systems
Are passionate about automation, platform reliability, and cloud-native architecture
Enjoy working in fast-paced environments where ownership drives outcomes
Want to be part of a team modernizing a large-scale logistics platform
Believe in DevOps as a culture — not just a toolset
Why Join Roadcast
Be part of the core engineering team building the next-generation Bolt v2 infrastructure
Work with cutting-edge DevOps tooling across cloud, containers, microservices, and observability
Build scalable, resilient systems that empower real-world logistics operations at national scale
Thrive in a culture that values ownership, clarity, and continuous improvement
Competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a future-focused engineering environment
