Full Stack Tech Specialist

About the Role
Conek Media is looking for an exceptional Full-Stack Tech Specialist to take ownership of the technical systems behind our DFY marketing agency.
!!!!!!SOS:This is a high-output role with a significant workload. You should be comfortable working 10+ hours per day, managing multiple priorities, solving problems independently, and staying calm under pressure.
This position is not suitable for someone who needs constant supervision or prefers a low-pressure workload.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the agency’s backend systems
Build, maintain, and improve GoHighLevel workflows
Create and manage automations and integrations
Use Claude Code for technical implementation and problem-solving
Build and maintain Google Sheets systems
Troubleshoot technical issues quickly
Manage multiple projects and priorities at once
Find solutions independently without needing step-by-step instructions
Improve systems, workflows, and operational efficiency across the agency
Non-Negotiable Requirements
You must have expert-level experience with GoHighLevel.
You must also be highly capable with:
GoHighLevel
Claude Code
Automation
Google Sheets
Full-stack technical problem-solving
Troubleshooting and independent implementation
Basic familiarity is not enough. We need someone who has genuinely built, managed, and improved technical systems.

Fast at learning and solving unfamiliar problems
Comfortable taking full ownership
Able to work without constant direction
Detail-oriented and focused on execution
Important
This is a demanding role with a high level of responsibility. There will be a lot of work, multiple moving parts, and frequent technical challenges.
If you become overwhelmed easily, need constant hand-holding, or are looking for a low-pressure position, this role will not be a good fit.
