About the Opportunity:
The TEAM LEAD, SENIOR INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER is responsible for leading the design and development of customer education materials that facilitate faster adoption and effective use of the organization's products. This role drives learning strategies tailored to diverse customer personas and industries, innovates instructional development processes including AI-driven methods, and manages content growth to support customer success and organizational expansion.
Responsibilities:
Define training requirements, learning goals, and user needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop learning and credentialing experiences across various formats, including online courses, video, audio, and in-app learning.
Utilize a range of tools, including AI-based content authoring, to create content rapidly and iteratively.
Improve instructional development processes and explore new models and tools.
Review and solicit feedback on educational content and assessments.
Manage assigned product area curricula by monitoring updates and coordinating with leadership.
Conduct self-directed research and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.
Design engaging and effective assessments.
Promote organizational values and operating principles within the global team.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of learning or instructional design experience in a software/SaaS environment.
Proficiency in instructional design methodologies and ability to create effective, engaging learning content.
Strong communication skills for conveying technical and abstract information to varied audiences.
Ability to select appropriate learning delivery formats to meet specific objectives.
Collaborative teamwork skills.
Attention to visual design and aesthetics.
Familiarity with content development tools such as Parta.io, Articulate, Camtasia, Zoom, and Clueso.
Experience or comfort with AI-assisted content development and in-app training is a plus.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
