About the Opportunity:
The MANAGER OR SENIOR MANAGER, STRATEGY & OPERATIONS is responsible for building and managing the operational systems that support clinical, provider, pharmacy, fulfillment, customer support, and platform workflows. This role ensures smooth patient experiences and effective partner collaboration, driving scalable and efficient operations as the program expands.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations with clinical, provider, and telehealth-platform partners.
Oversee patient progression from intake through treatment and ongoing care.
Identify and resolve workflow issues through cross-functional collaboration.
Manage relationships with pharmacy and fulfillment partners, including performance and SLAs.
Develop contingency plans for capacity and supply disruptions.
Clarify responsibilities and handoffs among partners.
Lead readiness planning for major launches, including workflows and reporting.
Collaborate with customer support to resolve operational constraints and improve patient experience.
Coordinate resolution of complex cases involving clinical, pharmacy, payment, or partner issues.
Use data to monitor key operational metrics and drive performance.
Develop standard operating procedures, playbooks, and controls to support scaling.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in healthcare operations, telehealth, or similarly regulated environments.
Experience managing external partners with defined service levels and outcomes.
Strong understanding of operational workflows and cross-organizational problem diagnosis.
Proven ability to build processes, reporting, and operating cadences in evolving businesses.
Analytical skills to assess data for risks, priorities, and performance.
Ownership mindset with hands-on approach to solving issues and building scalable solutions.
Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving environments.
Preferred:
Experience in multi-condition telehealth or digital health.
Experience with provider networks, pharmacy partners, or prescription fulfillment.
Background in employer, benefits, or B2B healthcare programs.
Experience transitioning from outsourced to internal operations.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulatory environments.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Manager level base salary: $115,000 - $140,000
Senior Manager level base salary: $140,000 - $160,000
Discretionary annual bonus eligibility up to 15%
