About the Opportunity:
The QA MANAGER leads the quality assurance function, shaping strategy and execution to uphold standards across digital marketing and technology projects. This role is pivotal in ensuring teams deliver reliable, compliant work efficiently, driving continuous improvement and maintaining high-quality outcomes across client-facing digital experiences.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the QA team to deliver consistent quality across digital marketing and technology.
Define and uphold QA standards aligned with pharma digital marketing and regulatory requirements.
Ensure comprehensive testing coverage including functionality, data integrity, tracking, accessibility, and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate requirements and identify risks.
Establish and monitor quality metrics for delivery readiness and defect trends.
Oversee QA tooling and documentation for test planning and defect management.
Manage QA resources, capacity, and prioritization across multiple programs.
Lead hiring, onboarding, and development of QA staff.
Drive resolution of critical defects through collaboration.
Serve as primary quality liaison across departments.
Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and modernization.
Perform other assigned duties.
Requirements:
6-10+ years in Quality Assurance with leadership experience in digital marketing or technology agencies.
Expertise in QA practices across websites, CMS platforms, email marketing, paid media, display advertising, and analytics.
Experience validating analytics tracking, tag management, media pixels, and data accuracy.
Familiarity with privacy, consent, and compliance requirements in regulated environments.
Proficiency with QA, test management, and defect tracking tools.
Exposure to automation frameworks and continuous integration.
Strong analytical skills including writing and validating SQL queries.
Hands-on experience with email automation platforms.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience supporting regulated digital marketing programs.
Proven ability to manage and scale QA teams while juggling priorities.
Pay Range and Compensation Package:
Estimated salary range is $115,000 - $130,000 USD.
Eligibility for a discretionary bonus program.
Compensation is tailored based on experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors.
