Junior Architect (Workspace Projects)

A design and project consultancy in Domlur, Bangalore- focused on functional workspaces and commercial interior projects is looking for a Junior Architect with 1–4 years of relevant experience in workspace design. The role will involve supporting design development, technical documentation and project coordination across workplace projects.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing architectural and interior design solutions for workspace projects.
Develop space plans and layouts based on project requirements.
Prepare architectural and interior drawings for project development and execution.
Assist in developing detailed design and technical documentation.
Prepare and coordinate drawing revisions based on project requirements and feedback.
Coordinate design information with consultants and project teams.
Assist with material, finish and detailing selections.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors as required.
Participate in site visits and support design coordination during project execution.
Review drawings and documentation for consistency with project requirements.
Maintain organised project drawings and design documentation.
Support project deliverables within agreed requirements and timelines.
Requirements
B.Arch
1–4 years of professional experience in architecture or a related design role.
Relevant professional experience in workspace design is required.
Experience working on corporate or commercial workplace projects.
Understanding of space planning and workplace layouts.
Ability to prepare architectural/interior drawings and technical documentation.
Understanding of materials, finishes and construction detailing.
Experience coordinating with consultants, contractors or project teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or relevant CAD/design software.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple design requirements and project deliverables.
Work Schedule
Location: Indiranagar - Domlur, Bengaluru
Working days: Monday - Friday (10:00 AM - 6:00 PM) ; Saturday - Half day
