Roles and Responsibilities
Create & perform:
Create engaging Instagram Reels, short-form videos and social media content.
Take part in video shoots and appear on camera for brand content.
Research & ideate
Research trending topics, viral Reels, memes and creative content formats.
Brainstorm original ideas around finance, business, careers and student life.
Track social media trends and suggest creative ways to lift engagement.
Write
Write engaging video scripts, hooks and captions.
Shape each idea into a format that fits the platform and the audience.
Plan & produce
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute content shoots.
Help with basic video editing in CapCut, Canva or similar tools.
Candidate Profile:
You are confident and comfortable speaking and performing in front of the camera.
You are interested in creating Instagram Reels and short-form videos.
You understand social media trends and Gen Z content well.
You have strong communication and storytelling skills.
You are enthusiastic, creative and willing to learn.
